Tax Organizer (long form) Flight crews should note that this form may take 30-45 minutes to complete. Gather all of your tax paperwork, forms, etc. prior to beginning this process. If you are unable to complete the form, submit your work, and just resubmit another form with the remaining information at your convenience. In addition, the "per diem calculator" form below should be completed.
